Lands End San Francisco Engagement Pictures, Plus Sutro Heights And Sutro Bath Ruins

Engagement Portraits
August 2, 2013

When Theo and Erin asked if I could come up North and create some awesome Lands End San Francisco engagement pictures as part of their upcoming wedding photography, I was elated. It is one of those very special places, where I feel refreshed and creatively inspired – a perfect combination for creating amazing photographs! What many of my brides and grooms don’t realize, is that there are other equally great photo spots nearby, which only adds to the variety and depth we can achieve with any portrait session in that area. What other photo locations are nearby, you ask? One of my favorite nearby portrait locations is the relatively little-known Sutro Heights Park, the former site of the estate of Adolph Sutro. The ruins of the Sutro Baths are also within the Lands End Park, making that a perfect spot to finish at sunset!

Erin and Theo became engaged while hiking the coastal trails, at Lands End, making Lands End San Francisco Engagement Pictures THE perfect thing for them… All I can say is “Lucky me!”, as there are few things in photography that get me more pumped up than romantically-inspired clients and two-plus hours of creative photo safari in the jaw-dropping beauty of the rugged Pacific Coast! I would like to send out my heartfelt thanks to Theo and Erin, for selecting me as their professional wedding and engagement photographer, and for being so willing to let their love for each other shine brightly during the time we shared together… Actually, now that I’ve had the opportunity to spend this quality time with them, I can say it would be very hard for them to prevent their love-vibe from shining all around. I love to point out to folks who are so in love, that their loving of each other actually amounts to a kind of Service to all of Life. As my friend Craig Schindler said at another wedding, many years ago: “The love you share serves to illumine the world”. With that, I will invite you to enjoy this sweet collection of Lands End San Francisco Engagement Pictures, and please feel free to share this post and/or leave a comment!

Erin, ted actually looks happy. I think he's waited a long time for a woman like you. He got it right this time. Deservingly so, I'm happy for the both of you.
